How mobile detailing works
Most questions about a mobile service are about water, power and liability. We answer them here, before you have to ask.
Where does the water go?
Nowhere. We work with steam and reclamation mats — the water returns to the tank and leaves with us. Washing a vehicle outside a designated site and letting run-off reach a storm drain or the ground breaches Poland's water law. Our method is not marketing: it is the condition of working legally in a marina, a hangar and a residential car park.
Do you need my power and water?
Not necessarily. We carry a 500 L (110 gal) tank and a quiet inverter generator. If you can give us a socket and a tap the work is quieter and it comes off the price — you tick that in the configurator.
How much space do you need?
About a metre (3 ft) around the vehicle and somewhere nearby for our van. We work in storage yards, halls, on the hardstanding, in hangars and in underground garages — steam produces neither spray nor run-off.
How long does it take?
A car interior refresh is around two hours. A full interior detail on a seven-metre (23 ft) camper is a full day. The configurator shows the time alongside the price, so you know whether you need the vehicle that day.
What if it rains?
Exterior work is rescheduled at no charge and you pick a new date from the calendar. Interior work runs regardless of weather, including through winter, inside the heated hall where the vehicle is stored.
What if you damage something?
We carry trade liability extended to cover damage to property in our care — a standard detailer's policy does not. Every job is documented with before and after photographs.
In winter we work indoors
Exterior detailing through a Warsaw winter makes no sense, and we do not pretend otherwise. From December to February we do interiors: upholstery extraction, mattresses and ozone treatment, inside the heated halls and hangars where your vehicle already sits. Exterior work is scheduled from March.
